I'm sorta new here.. what i mean by that is im made this account today, but i've known new grounds since..2004 and i see its gone a long way with the new animators of todays animations. Well im sorry to say i have no programs to make cartoons or games so i can't make anything. But if someone can tell me how to get these programs free and no money being used it would be well appreciated. Any ways im glad i am now a member of a great community
